This 4-line packaging machinecan be made special for the customer requirement from 2-8lines. The length of bag can be set discretionarily in the standard range without change any device.
The stable and reliable bag-pulling type horizontal sealer controlled by advanced servo motor. It can improve the packing speed and ensure the accuracy of the bag length.
Adopts the imported ball bearing bar and line type guiding rail ensure the running precision and reliability of the machine.
Adopts imported PLC controlling and display-screen, be of high
reliability and stability.
The progressing of the horizontal sealing, vertical sealing cutting and material dropping are finished by pneumatic devise, each process is running precisely and stably, reduce the machinery abrasion and extend the service life.
Easy program setting for user operation, it just needs to set the bag length and packing speed, PLC will output the optimizational packing program , make operation be more easy.
